Custom Orders & Turnaround Times

At Little Mango, we love helping you create custom pieces that are worth the wait! Whether you’re ordering game day gear, personalized apparel, or something special, we want you to know exactly what to expect when placing your order.

What Is a Preorder?

If an item is a preorder, the word “PREORDER” will be clearly listed in the product title.

Each preorder product also includes its estimated turnaround time (TAT) in the product description, so you’ll know the expected timeline before purchasing.

Most preorder items have an estimated turnaround time of 4–5 weeks, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How Our Preorder Process Works

We run preorder orders (POs) weekly to keep things organized and moving!

Sunday: Our weekly preorder closes.

Monday: We submit that week’s orders to our vendors.

Production begins: Your estimated turnaround time starts on Monday, when we place the vendor order.

4–5 weeks: Most preorder items are expected to be completed within this timeframe, unless otherwise stated.

Important: Turnaround times do not begin on the day you place your order. They begin on the Monday following the Sunday preorder closing date.

For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, your estimated 4–5 week turnaround time begins the following Monday.

Why Do Custom Orders Take Time?

Unlike shops that print everything in-house, Little Mango partners with talented printing and production companies across the United States to bring your custom pieces to life.

Many of our production partners are small, mom-owned businesses, just like ours!

Each custom item goes through a production process that may include ordering materials, printing, embroidery, finishing, and quality checks.

Because these items are often made specifically for your order, they take a little extra time — and we believe they’re worth it!

Shipping & Delivery

Turnaround times are estimates for production and do not include additional shipping or transit time.

While we do our best to stay within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to vendor production schedules, material availability, high order volumes, or shipping carriers.

We appreciate your patience and understanding when these situations arise.
