Add to cart and in cart under 'special instructions to sellers' add your customization:

1) Applique Color: (same color options as Sweatshirt color, 3rd image, example is ASH GRAY for the first image)

2) Applique Word: (SPARKLE in first image example - 8 CHARACTER MAX)

3) Thread Color (4th image, for first image they used light brown thread)

4) Script Embroidered Word: (tallahassee in example - 13 CHARACTER MAX)

5) Script Word Thread Color (tallahassee is light brown thread)

6) Script word (top or bottom- tallahassee is bottom in first image)
